The content on this site is general information about insurance. It is not legal, financial or insurance advice for your situation, and it does not describe the full terms of any policy.

Quotes and coverage

• A quote request does not create insurance coverage. You are covered only when a policy has been issued and confirmed to you in writing.
• Every policy is subject to the insurer's underwriting, policy wording, conditions, limits and exclusions. If anything on this site differs from your policy documents, the policy documents apply.
• Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if that information is incomplete or inaccurate.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate and complete information when you request a quote or apply for coverage. Misrepresentation can lead to a policy being cancelled or a claim being denied.

The Future Sun app

The app currently shows sample policies and claims to demonstrate how it will work. Nothing in the demo refers to a real policy or claim.

Intellectual property

The content, design and logos on this site belong to Future Sun or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Links to other websites

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites linked from this site.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site.

Governing law
